Design and Construction
The VTP-2000 is manufactured with a three-piece body design, consisting of two end caps and a central body section. The standard material of construction is typically stainless steel (SS304 or SS316), known for its excellent corrosion resistance, mechanical strength, and durability in aggressive environments. For specialized applications, alternative materials such as carbon steel or custom alloys may be available upon request.
The precision-machined ball ensures smooth rotation and tight shut-off performance. The valve seats are commonly made of PTFE (Teflon) or other high-performance polymers that provide excellent chemical resistance, low friction, and reliable sealing even at elevated temperatures.
