Gate Valve

- Complies to ASME B16.34 standards.
- A compact but extremely sturdy design for high pressure-temperature service.
- Packing rings are pre-compressed in the packing chamber to ensure equal stress distribution, effectiveness of all rings and a high integrity seal.
- For welded bonnet valves, the bonnet is threaded in and torqued to an engineered torque value and the body bonnet joint is strength-welded, offering double protection against leakage. (body/bonnet threads and strength-weld).
Check Valve
Type Forged Steel
Check valves are installed to allow flow in one direction only and they protect systems that can be affected by reverse flow, such as a system shutdown. They are operated entirely by reaction to the flow and therefore do not require external actuation. Care and attention should be paid to check valve installation orientation.
- Velan small forged steel check valves comply to API 602 and ASME B16.34 standards.

Globe Valve

- Unique non-rotating stem design is easily adaptable for actuation–with precision Acme threads and burnished finish. Valve suitable for horizontal installation.
- All graphite packed globe valves are dual qualified to API 624 and ISO-15848-1. Stuffing box burnished to fine surface finish.
- Trim: Available in all trim material combinations specified in API 623, as well as custom material combinations.
- All sizes and pressure classes have conical seats to ensure tight shut-off.
- Seat face CoCr alloy hardfaced, ground, and lapped to a mirror finish. Conical seat machined to fine surface finish.
